Welcome to BCI Foundation!
BCI Foundation was created to support the needs of BCI that are not met by public funding. BCI Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors made up of community leaders. Funds raised by the Foundation will be used to ensure the future of employment of adults with disabilities at BCI. The Foundation assists BCI with the development of new and existing programs related to BCI's social mission. All contributions previously accepted directly by BCI are now accepted by the Foundation on BCI's behalf.
Such contributions include outright gifts as well as funds generated from the BCI Wing Ding, our Annual Golf Tournament, Trivia Night, Behind the Mask, and other fundraising events. Planned giving opportunities, such as charitable gift annuities, donations of life insurance policies and giving through wills and bequests are available.

You Can Make a Difference
For more than 50 years, BCI has been making a positive difference in the lives of adults with disabilities by providing employment opportunities where employees feel a sense of accomplishment, teamwork and know the pride of a job well-done. Over the years, dedicated individuals, groups and businesses have made it possible for these adults to enjoy meaningful employment through their contributions of time, talent and treasure.
Time
- Become a volunteer in our production facility
- Volunteer on an event committee and help plan the next fundraiser
Talent
- Become a mentor for an employee and provide job skills training and life coaching
- Hire our employees at your own place of business

- Make a donation to the BCI Foundation to ensure that each potential employee who wants to work is assured the opportunity to do so
- Provide for a gift to the BCI Foundation in your estate planning
